Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026.
1. Who we are
IT Strategic Partners ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Our registered address is Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960.
2. What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. Currently, that happens in one place: the contact form on this website, where we ask for your full name, email address, and the message you write to us. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels on this site, and we do not require an account or any payment information to use it.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss the services you've asked about. Our legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form, and — for the limited period needed to reply to you — our legitimate interest in running a functioning contact channel for our business.
4. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are securely deleted, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see Section 8.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. It may be processed by our website hosting provider, solely for the purpose of operating the site and storing enquiry records, under terms that require them to protect it. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or font-loading services that would otherwise transmit your data to another company — the fonts on this site are hosted directly by us rather than fetched from a third party.
6. International transfers
Depending on where our hosting infrastructure is located, your data may be processed in a country other than the one you're browsing from. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
7. Cookies
When you first visit this site, you'll see a cookie banner offering three choices: Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences. Nothing is stored until you choose one of these. You can change your choice at any time using the small icon in the corner of the screen, or the "Manage Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
We use three categories:
- Necessary — required for the site to function (for example, remembering that you've already made a cookie choice). Always on, and set only after you interact with the banner.
- Analytics — would help us understand how the site is used. Not currently in use on this site; your preference is stored and will apply automatically the moment it is.
- Marketing — would be used for advertising personalization. Not currently in use on this site, for the same reason.
We've verified directly that this site sets no cookies and loads nothing from any third-party domain before you make a choice. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy with the specific cookies involved before any non-essential cookie is set, not after.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, object to or restrict our processing of it, and — where our processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
9. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take this responsibility seriously.
11. Contact us
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@it-strategic.partners.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
